Stepping into Hotel Pod Vezi felt like entering a medieval oasis in the heart of Prague's rich history. the staff's warm welcome and continuous assistance throughout our stay made us feel truly pampered. From arranging late-night transportation to surprising us with treats in our room each evening, their attention to detail was impeccable. the hotel's location, nestled at the end of Charles Bridge, provided us with easy access to the city's iconic landmarks, allowing us to explore on foot. the room, adorned with wooden beams and overlooking either the gothic tower of Charles Bridge or the peaceful Dražického square, exuded a charm that perfectly blended with the historic ambiance of the surroundings. Each morning, the sumptuous breakfast buffet in the main restaurant set the tone for our day, offering a delightful array of hot and cold dishes, accompanied by good coffees and juices. the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, where we savored a delicious vegetarian meal on the charming terrace, overlooking the breathtaking views of the bridge and river. the hotel's Café Creperie around the corner was a hidden gem, not just offering delectable crepes and galettes, but also fresh baguettes, panini sandwiches, and refreshing salads. the cozy cellar wine bar with a great selection of Czech and international labels was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Overall, Hotel Pod Vezi provided us with a truly memorable experience, blending modern comforts with medieval charm.
